The 9712B series of force sensing load cells measure dynamic events in a wide variety of applications. Availabl in five measuring ranges from 5 lbf. to 5,000 lbf. and contained in a convential load cell style housing, all models are capable of measuring compression and tension forces.

Kistler Models 9212, 9222 High Impedance Load Cells
The 9212 and 9222 are force sensing load cells that measure quasi-static and dynamic events in a wide variety of applications. Available in two different load cell style housing configurations (hex and square), the 9212 has a 50 pC/lbf. sensitivity while the 9222 has 19 pC/lbf.

The force sensor is mounted under preload between two nuts and, therefore can measure compression and tensile forces. The quartz element yields an electric charge which is proportional to the force. This is picked off by an electrode and transferred via a connector.

Compact force link for measuring tension and compression forces. A SlimLine sensor (SLS) Type 9133B21 to 9136B21 is fitted under preload and ground-insulated between two steel parts with threads. The integral cable is additionally protected by a Viton cable covering. Already calibrated (only compression force range), the SLS force links are easy to install and are immediately ready for measurement.

Kistler Models 9301B ... 9372A Quartz, High Impedance, Charge Mode Force Links
The 9300 Series quartz force links measure dynamic and short-term static compression and tension forces with near infinite resolution. Extremely small forces throughout the total range can also be measured with great accuracy. Tension or compressive tare components may be eliminated prior to making measurements by simply activiting the reset switch function located on the charge amplifier.
